消息的来源是来自一封邀请函，内容是邀请参加11月推出的法拉利Icona的鉴赏会，发文者称具体时期是在11月15日。根据此前的消息，新车搭载6.5升V12发动机，最大功率619千瓦，最大扭矩692牛·米，并且不会采用混动形式，将以内燃机作为唯一动力。

新车基于LaFerrari Aperta平台打造，此前也有过该车的路试谍照，但外观被伪装层层覆盖，只能看到其尾灯设计比较扁长，尾部还设计了一个尾翼，排气口是中置，从图片来看是四出的设计。
